Rare Inlaid Oak Pier Wall Mirror

Description

An interesting Regency perod mirror. This style of mirror with fluted columns and a decorative panel above the glass is usually made of mahogany or is gilded. This mirror is made of oak and inlaid at the top with a fan made of satinwood and mahogany, and at the bottom there is an oval patera inlaid.

The bevelled glass maybe original. It is quite 'fuzzy'.
