Description

A pretty ruby solitaire ring dating from the end of the Victorian period. Rendered in solid 18-carat rosy gold with a beautiful magenta pink ruby which measures 3.5mm diameter, at a rough calculation approx 0.18 carats.

Crisply hallmarked for 18-carat gold, Chester 1900.

In very good antique condition.

Size: Q and a half (UK), 8.5 (US), a fairly large size. Width: approx 6mm at the front, tapering to 3mm at the back.

Weight: 3.1g.
