Pair of Antique Swedish Satin Birch Armchairs

1900 - 1920
Description

A stunning pair of antique Swedish armchairs made from Satin Birch. These date from around the 1910-20 period, they are extremely well made.

We’ve just had the frames French polished, and they have been newly upholstered in our lovely cream fabric. The condition is superb, these are sturdy, well padded and comfortable, with fully hand sprung seats.

They sit on sabre legs with ebonised trimmings around the tops.

Depth – 30 inches , 76 cm

Height – 32 inches , 80 cm

Seat height – 16 inches , 41 cm
