A Set of Eight Early C19th Simulated Rosewood Dining Chairs

Description

A charming set of eight early 19th century simulated rosewood and brass inlaid dining-chairs of classic Regency form. The seats have been reupholstered in a neutral linen fabric. The crest rail with a flowing scroll and leaf carved decoration with central scallop shell decoration and inset gilt rose emblem. The back rail with matching central emblem and the front seat rail having delicate inlaid brass work. Standing on four sabre legs. The chairs vary slightly in size with the smallest being Height 85cm, width 41cm, seat depth 43cm, seat height 47cm.
