A Quality Early 20th C Silver Decanter.

1920 - 1940
Description

A quality early 20th century silver and glass decanter made by John Grinsell & sons of Birmingham between 1922 - 1947 ( The date letter W is rubbed and subsequently the shape of the stamp is lost, making it indecipherable to pin-point the exact date.

The decanter has a finely tapered body, engraved with foliate designs and a sunburst pattern centered in the base. The round silver collar having a single band rim with a cut glass stopper.

Overall the decanter is in excellent condition.
