Very nice quality satin birch nine drawer pedestal desk .The plinth base with two sets of four drawers either side of a central drawer ,all the drawers with stylish black line inlaid in the manner of lambs of Manchester flanked by stylish applied square columns .The central drawer above a kneehole with black line inlays to the inside panel of the drawers a sign of thought and quality .All under a top with a tooled leather of good colour framed by a deep maple edge .The sides are inlaid as well as can be seen .A truly stylish piece of furniture
