A Superior Quality Mahogany Regency Period Bow Front Chest of Drawers

Description

A Superior quality mahogany Regency Period bow front chest of drawers. Having a D shaped top veneered in mahogany with satinwood and rosewood banding with boxwood beading. The front having a baize lined brushing slide above three bow front drawers, the drawers also banded in satinwood and rosewood and having oval stamped back plate handles, with a recumbent lion in the centre. Supported on the original splayed feet with solid mahogany side. English circa 1800-1820

Dimensions: 40" wide x 36" high x 22" deep

Condition: This chest is in superb original condition, a beautiful colour and patina
