Description

A good quality William IV bergère chair. The ebonised frame with rattan back, sides and seat. The reversible generous squab buttoned cushion upholstered in top quality hand died leather. The front raised on turned and carved stylised tulip legs and capped with brass castors with out swept legs to the back. This design was made by Gillows in the early 19th C. Condition - Very good with no damage to the cane. Dimensions:- Height...34''/ 86.5cm. Width...22''/ 56cm. Depth...27.5''/ 70cm. Seat Height...18''/ 46cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £50.
