Victorian Leather Easy Chair

Description

A very substantial Victorian Leather Easy Chair made by Morison & Co of Edinburgh (stamped and numbered) having good quality carved Oak legs retaining original castors. The long seat is sprung as is the buttoned back, upholstered in red leather, incredibly comfortable when seated, in overall superb conditon. Circa 1880.

Dimensions: Width: 34 Inches, Depth: 37 Inches, Height: 35 Inches, Seat Height: 16 Inches (approx)

Morison & Co. Edinburgh were originally located at 78 George Street, Edinburgh and then moved to 36 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh.
