Small 19th C Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Description

A 19th Century Mahogany Miniature Chest of Drawers.

The chest with a raised frieze, sweeping down to the front, above a rounded and stepped mould edge. The four long drawers, each with a brass key hole escutcheon and a pair of turned knobs, opening the mahogany lined drawers. The drawers flanked by rounded corners, meeting the lower moulding conforming to the top moulding. The chest finished with a lower frieze, raised up on four rounded turned feet.

Date circa 1850.

Height 23 1/2 inches, 60cm.

Width 17 1/2 inches, 45cm.

Depth 12 1/2 inches, 32cm.
