Tinker & Toad has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
Upper door sections are adorned with garlands and ribbon. To the left you have a double wardrobe with rail and hooks to its upper section. The base is fitted with a shoe rail. Bevelled dressing mirror fitted to outer door. The right hand side is fitted, with a second bevelled mirror, three linen slides, a lower shelf with two drawers below. The whole wardrobe has wonderful ironmongery with delightful door escutcheons, campaign style drawer handles, solid brass door stays and quality door bolts. A really sublime piece of furniture. Beautifully and finely made by a skilled cabinet maker. A good looking and functional piece of antique furniture that would grace any bedroom or dressing room. Would suit a modern or period interior.
