Description
A stunning antique settee dating from the 1890-1900 period. This is finely made from solid rosewood, with beautiful satin wood inlays. It is well built, sturdy and sound, it sits on beautifully turned legs terminating in original porcelain casters. This is in excellent condition for its age, we have had this fully restored. The rosewood frame has been French polished, and we have had this re-upholstered in our lovely cream natural cotton fabric. It has a deep buttoned scrolled over back, the seat is fully sprung & the fabric is double piped along the edges.
