Pair of Silver Candlestick 1908

1900 - 1920
Description

A Pair of Silver Candlesticks.

Each candlestick with a lift out dish sconce, finished with a downward canted reed rim. The sconces fitting within vase shaped candle holders, decorated with reeded banding, above circular stems, tapering to vase shaped socles. The socles spreading to downward swept, concave banded circualr bases decorated with reeded banding.

Hallmarked for Vale Brothers and Sermon, Birmingham 1908.
