Description

A handsome triple chair back settee of the highest quality craftsmanship. Made in the style of Thomas Chippendale with ribbon backs. Dating to the late 19th century. Constructed from a very high grade of dense mahogany timer and decorated with crisply carved decoration throughout. The seat is upholstered in pale cream material and supported on classic formed cabriole legs, with carved knees and terminating in characteristic claw and ball feet. The beautifully shaped out swept arms with scroll carved hand rests. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops to a very high standard. Now offered for sale in excellent overall condition with a wonderful colour and patina.
