Jasperware Porcelain Panel of Dogs in a Landscape C.1810.

Description

Purchased locally, this interesting early 19th.c. jasperware porcelain panel c.1810. Raised design of three dogs in a landscape in white porcelain against a slate coloured ground with raised beads to the edges. Nicely observed dogs and fine naturalistic detail to the background. Note also the tiny castle and trees on the horizon. Some damage to the left hand dog and missing some of the edge beading. Otherwise very good condition.
