Antique Swedish Leather Chesterfield Sofa

1900 - 1920
Description

A beautiful and top quality antique leather chesterfield sofa. This was made in Sweden & I would say it dates from around the 1900-1910 period.

This is very well built, it is very heavy and is in great condition for its age. We have had the original hand tacked leather revived and hand coloured by our leather polisher.

It has a deep buttoned back, a hand sprung seat and this is very comfortable. It sits on solid oak legs which are very sturdy and strong. The leather has a wonderful original colour, no rips or tears & is full of character.

Depth – 32 inches , 82 cm

Height – 32 inches , 82 cm

Seat height – 17 inches , 43 cm
