The lid is a real delight, with a slightly domed top with a large cartouche which could be personalized if desired, around this central area the beautiful hand engraving is quite wonderful , a thick and intricate floral and foliate design. The silver is hallmarked for Birmingham 1905, Edwardian in era.
The interior is lined in a clean and vibrant silk and velvet combination.
Excellent condition, measuring 4" x 2 3/4" x 2 1/4" tall.
