Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1880s.
There is also an English design registration number, which having been cast into the underside of the base is hard to read, I suspect it would date the sticks to around 1880, Victorian in era.

The design is most unusual with the central figure appearing like a Greek goddess holding out a bowl and standing on one leg on a ball. This part is in copper, appearing to be plated over the brass as over the years there is some rubbing with the brass showing underneath on high spots.

They also have a celestial theme running through them with the stylised bases looking like swirling waves and the candle holders to the top have clouds, the moon and stars cast into them with the drip trays looking like sun rays.
Absolutely wonderful in excellent condition, measuring 9" tall and 4 1/4" across the base.
