Marble Top Gueridon Centre Table C.1860.

Description

Fine quality mid 19th.c. mahogany Gueridon centre table c.1860. Beautiful 37½" diameter grey marble top with slightly raised border designed to prevent spilt drinks from running off the sides, and a curved lower edge. On an unusual base with three large scrolling legs with carved roundels top and bottom over a tricorn plith with the flame mahogany veneers laid in symmetrical pattern at the centre. Raised on low bun feet with brass castors hidden below. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
