French Belle Epoque Louis XVI Style Mahogany & Ormolu Vitrine

A late 19th century French mahogany and ormolu mounted vitrine of Louis XVI inspiration. The marble top above a concave moulded frieze with reeded edge, the bevelled glazed door below opening to a relined interior with original glass shelves, the sides glazed, standing on turned fluted elongated legs ending in ormolu sabots. Retaining the original gilding and patination, along with two original keys. The large glazed front and sides are perfect for displaying items.
