A 19th century antique beech and elm smoker’s bow armchair or captain’s armchair with shaped back, turned upright supports and out swept arms, solid elm seat having attractive grain pattern, raised on four turned legs with double ‘H’ stretcher support.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. General surface wear in places including some age-related marks to the arms and seat. Structurally sound with good tight joints. A good example.
