Italian Painted Serpentine Chest of Drawers with Faux Marble Top

Description

A vintage Italian painted chest of drawers, circa 1920-1930, of serpentine outline fitted with seven drawers with brass handles and escutcheons, with scroll moulding to the sides, faux marble painted top and raised on claw and ball feet.

The chest is early 20th century but has more recently been painted in Little Greene 'Regency Blue'.

Height: 131 centimetres

Width: 97.5 centimetres

Depth: 49 centimetres
