Mahogany & Marble Top Console Table C.1840.

Description

Superb mid 19th.c. mahogany and marble top console table c.1840. Original grey marble top with rounded front corners and a moulded edge. On a flame mahogany veneered base (on oak groundwork) with a single oak lined drawer hidden in the frieze. Curving bracket supports with turned roundels at the tops and scrolling corbels on a cupid’s bow shaped plinth, veneered to match and raised on carved claw feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
