Set 8 Georgian Lancashire Spindle Back Rush Seat Chairs Circa 1820

Description

Fine very closely matched set of eight fruitwood and elm Georgian Lancashire spindle back rush seat chairs raised on front turned and pad foot legs with finely turned front stretcher. Plain pole side stretchers. All in fine condition except a little wear to rush here and there. Lovely rich honey colour with great waxed patina.

Size; 37" high, 19" wide, 17" deep. 17.5" seat height
