The bed can be simply made for use by putting a divan base across the side rails and a mattress on top, the other alternative is a new slatted pine base to support your mattress, which we can have made to order if you wish
The bed is 59” high at the head end and 82” long overall, it takes a standard double mattress 4’6” (135cm) wide x 76”long mattress (190cm)
