A fine quality framed oil on canvas 'still life' featuring predominantly red flowers, possibly Physalis (Cape Gooseberries) and or roses. Together with well executed fabrics, ceramics and wooden objects. Signed and dated.

Clean, bright colours, well painted and in an ornate gilded frame. (24 x 30 inches).

Laura J Loudon (1871-1945) was a Glasgow based artist who exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy; The Glasgow Institute; Liverpool and at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters.
