Christofle Gallia France Ring Handle Silver Plate Champagne Cooler.

Description

This stylish silver plate Champagne / wine cooler which dates from the 1930's is by top French silversmith Christofle. This wine cooler has 2 side ring handles and is from Christofle's Gallia collection. The Champagne bucket is a very nice heavy weight and the silver plate is in excellent condition.

Hallmarks: Marked to base with the maker's marks for Christofle: Rooster, Gallia, France. The Christofle Chess piece OC mark. Prod Christofle.

Condition: Excellent used antique condition with only light signs of use in keeping with age. Silver plate in very good condition with only light surface scratches and a few small marks. The inside is very clean with a few spots/marks.

Please note that only the wine cooler is included and any other items in the pictures are for display only.
