Description

A beautiful antique oil painting on canvass, this is by the Italian artist Carlo Casati. It dates from the early twentieth century, possibly 1920-30’s.

It is beautifully executed and depicts a beautiful sunset, with lovely warm colours. This is slightly distressed in places with one tiny perforation just above one of the sails on the boats.

Overall this has a beautiful, charming worn look and patina.
