1929 Silver Koh-i-noor Pocket Watch, Louis Brandt

1929 silver Koh-I-Noor pocket watch.

The watch has a good quality 15 jewel 3 adjustments, Swiss stem-winding movement, identified as a Helvetia 33, which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The movement is signed Koh-I-Noor, a brand name registered by Louis Brandt of Omega, who of course also registered the Helvetia name in the late 1800s.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs for Birmingham 1929 with a case maker's mark for Aaron Dennison. The Birmingham based Dennison Watch Case Company manufactured cases for various watch makers. The case is in lovely condition with just the odd minor mark.

The glass lens is in good condition.

The dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
