The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
Gilded decoration around the edge of the reserve and spilling around the sides of the vase and gilded rim. Printed mark "CHAMBERLAIN'S WORCESTER MALVERN". c.1840.

It measures 14.5cm (5 3/4") high and 7cm (2 3/4") wide.
Condition is very good with no damage or repair. Surface wear is light in the main, a few minor marks in the green enamel. The enamelled scene is good with one tiny nick to a tree at the side. The gilding is good. There is a nick to the foot rim caused during manufacture.
