The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Georgian era.

Reference: Caughley & Worcester Porcelains 1775-1800 by Godden, pages 34 and 104 and plate 169. This bowl model is described by the author as being "of extreme rarity".
It measures 24cm (9 1/2) wide and 5.5cm (2 1/8") high.
There is also a tiny fleabite further round. There is some surface scratching to the glaze inside from age and use but this doesn't impact the decoration and can only be seen when tilting the bowl around in the light to deliberately view it.
