An Art Deco Silver Plated Napier 'Tells You How' Cocktail Shaker Designed by Le Roy H. Fontan for The Napier Co., Meriden, CT. Tapering circular form, the outer body pierced with slots and revolves to reveal fifteen cocktail recipes and the ingredients to make it. Domed pull off cover with inset strainer. The inner sleeve being gilded. Inscribed on the back to Captain & Mrs J D Watson on the occasion of their marriage. The shaker was designed by Le Roy H. Fontan in 1932 with the patent being applied for September 9th 1932, and finally being approved on September 3rd 1935. Dimensions: 28cm H x 11cm
