1927 Waltham Full Hunter Pocket Watch

1927 Waltham full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a seven-jewel stem-winding movement, grade 610, which is working nicely. The movement has beautifully patterned plates, is fully signed and the serial number 26,133,862 dates it back to 1927. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was made by the Dennison Watch Case Company, the company supplied the majority of the cases for Waltham UK. Overall the case is in good condition, just some gentle unevenness and the odd mark but nothing too serious at all.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover, it opens a little further than the original 90 degrees. Inside there is a glass lens. There is a small chip to the bevelled edge but otherwise it is in good condition.

The signed dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
