Antique Burr Walnut Bachelors Chest of Drawers

1920 - 1940
Description

Small proportioned antique burr walnut bachelors chest of drawers in excellent original condition & from around the 1930’s period.

It has a lovely warm colour & plenty of character. The top is burr walnut & so are the drawers, which are graduated in depth & have the original brass handles. There are two reeded top edges & it sits on bracket feet with shaping in the middle. The double top surface opens up to double the size & is supported on manual pull out loafers.

This is a nice compact piece of furniture, which could sit in many places in the home.
