Description

Stylish little Art Deco dressing table c.1930. Just 36" wide with a triple plate mirror and two small drawers over a glass top table and single long drawer. In walnut and mahogany with crossbanded edges and a beautiful marquetry frieze to the drawer front, inlaid in contrasting timbers against a padauk veneered ground. Note also the lovely original brass handles cast as rope tassels. Raised on unusual tapering and reeded legs. Some spots of tarnish to the mirrors, otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
