Description

A British made teak campaign/ military chest of drawers circa 1870 in two parts with brass inset handles, three short top drawers above three long. The top middle drawer with useful fitted drop down mechanism allowing for writing space. It is teak lined with precise dovetail joints as shown in detailed photograph, has removable turned feet, and Bramah lock to middle top drawer. It is in fine condition and has a wonderful warm colour and patina. Good size.
