Small 18th Century Carved Oak Coffer

A wonderful, small 18th century coffer chest with hinged three panel lid revealing generous storage, carved two panel front, raised on stile feet. Pleasing colour and patina throughout with the original hinges still present.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age and wear. General surface wear in places but overall, good. There are some marks to the top (pictured). Some minor evidence of old historic wood worm, this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. Structurally solid and sound. A good example of a small 18th century oak coffer.
