Condition: Excellent condition; no chips, cracks or crazing. Minimal wear - please see pictures.

An excellent true trio dating to c.1820. The factory it came from is a bit of a mystery. This exact pattern was produced by Spode, pattern 2009, but the cup handles aren't a recognised Spode shape. The closest handle match in Berthoud's Compendium of British Cups is a Worcester example, but this isn't an exact match. Coalport is another possibility, as is Swansea.

The painting is absolutely superb, indicative of a prestigious factory.
