Description

A very smart and elegant pair of wine coasters or slides in silver plate and dating to around 1880, Victorian in era, the plate is in superb condition without wear.

They come with turned wooden bases covered in green felt to the underside to protect the polished tabletop. In the centre of the wood base, the central mounts are both engraved with a heraldic crest.

Excellent condition, measuring 5 7/8" across the rim and 4 5/8" across the base.
