An Exceptional Walnut and Ormolu Side Cabinet

Description

An exceptional burr walnut, marquetry and ormolu side cabinet. Raised on a plinth base with glazed doors to the center bordered on either side by doors with arch top, floral marquetry in laid panels. The top is butterfly matched tight burr walnut and has a bold ormolu under molding. The interior have adjustable shelving. The cabinet is of a very high standard both in terms of craftsmanship and materials, it is also in extremely good and original condition and of a fine colour and patina. 910mm high, 1980mm wide and 460mm deep. Circa 1850.
