Description

A 1919 silver Cyma pocket watch.

The watch has a nicely jewelled stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement has been identified as Cyma.

The watch itself measures 49.9mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has London import marks for 1919 with the importers mark for George Stockwell. The case has light surface marking and some mild unevenness to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1919 piece.

The glass lens has minor marking from use but overall it is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial is signed Thomas Russell & Son Liverpool. The dial might be a later replacement although there is no evidence of it being changed. The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
