Description

A really unusual and fine quality little box with an English import mark for London 1926, and marked 925 together with the silversmith's mark T.C & Sn Ltd.

The side of the box is beautifully decorated with a rose and foliate design. The domed lid has a most charming figural scene of two winged cherubs, beautifully crafted and highly collectible.

The box is a good heavy weight, 1.63 troy ounces or 50.9 grams.

Superb condition measuring 2 1/8" in diameter.
