Small Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers C.1800.

Description

Charming little George III mahogany bachelor’s chest of drawers c.1800. Useful small proportions, just 33" wide, with four drawers of graduated depth plus a brushing slide in the top. Applied ogee edge mouldings to the top, camphor panel and turned bone knobs to the slide. Solid mahogany drawer fronts with cockbeaded edges and brass swan neck handles. Raised on shaped bracket feet front and rear. Mahogany sides and oak drawer linings. Some old wear to the top and sides. Otherwise excecellent condition, cleaned restored and polished in our workshops.
