Burr Walnut Bookcase Side Cabinet C.1880.

Description

Late 19th.c. burr walnut bookcase or side cabinet c.1880. Glazed centre door fitted with three adjustable shelves (depth 10½") flanked with deeper blind door cupboards to both sides, also with adjustable shelves. Beautifully figured burr walnut veneers to the top and front. Scratch carved frieze, guilloche mouldings and turned roundels. Solid walnut sides and groundwork. Raised on a moulded plinth, veneered to match. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
