Description

This walnut Queen Anne style lowboy side table has a lovely inverted serpentine shape on the front. It’s in very good original condition & the burr walnut patterns are very strong.

The drawers are still lined with old baize & have partitions. For some reason we there are no images of the drawers open, but we will try to find them & add them later.

The shaped top is burr walnut with a figured walnut cross banding & the drawers too which have the original brass handles are the same tight burr walnut. The corners are canted with reeding & the top edge is nicely carved. The solid walnut legs are superbly carved on the tops.

This table has just been French polished & dates to around the 1920’s period.
