Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1960s.
This is an incredibly rare solid 18ct gold Omega mens vintage chronograph.
The movement is considered to be the finest chronograph movement ever produced and was chosen by NASA over all other makers.

The dial is in mint condition having been full restored.
It has been fully and professionally overhauled and everything works exactly as it did the day it left the factory.
The model reference number is BA 101.010

The Omega symbol is on the crown, it is fully marked Omega on the dial, movement and case as you would expect.
The watch case measures 35mm in diameter not including the crown or pushers.
It comes with both its original inner and outer boxes.

Overall this watch is in outstanding condition, a rare find with its original boxes and highly sought after by Omega collectors. You will probably never see a more original or perfect example of this rare watch.

It has been professionally serviced and overhauled the process is highly detailed and meticulous.
The movement is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under high magnification for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturers approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.
