A truly beautiful pair of solid silver Grape Scissors / Shears. The decoration is particularly delightful as well as being unusual; adorned with foxes and grape vines to both sides of the handles. On the underside are the clear hallmarks for the Sheffield Assay office with a date mark for 1959 and Lion Passant, along with the silver maker''s mark: Israel Freeman & Son Ltd.
In lovely condition with no damage or repairs, these are an exceptional pair in great working order and so aesthetically pleasing to the eye! the craftmanship of the maker is apparent!
