The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a high grade stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The movement is signed DF&C for Dimier Freres & Cie. Dimier Freres were a watch importer / exporter based in La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland and London. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold filled and it is in good condition with just the odd minor mark and a 2mm “ding” to the side, nothing too serious.
The acrylic lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
