A small watercolour portrait of an officer in The 10th The Prince of Wales Own Hussars mounted on a dappled grey charger by Henry de Daubrawa, an English artist active between 1825 and 1861, specialist in military portraits and scenes. Daubrawa’s work is represented in various public galleries. Provenance from a private collection. This is a detailed image with good colour. In a black lacquer frame with gilt slip and glazed.
