Description

This unusual silver cased scent bottle is rather impressive. The silver cylindrical body encasing a Bristol blue liner. It is finely engraved with foliate patterns and pierced with decorative geometric patterns. The hinged lid opening to reveal the original stopper and original rich inner gilt. Hallmarked on the body, base and inner lid

Birmingham Assay Mark.

Date letter "n" for 1912.
